Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Maintain employee records, personal files, and HR databases with accuracy.
Prepare and process HR letters, memos, circulars, and internal communication.
Handle attendance, leave management, and coordination with payroll teams.
Assist in preparing monthly payroll inputs (OT, leave, deductions, WPS, etc.).
Coordinate with PRO for visa processing, renewals, medicals, and EID updates.
Support employee engagement activities, grievance handling, and conflict resolution.
Ensure compliance with UAE Labor Law and internal HR policies.
Maintain confidentiality and ensure smooth HR operations.
Assist in performance evaluation processes and training coordination.
Prepare HR reports, dashboards, and recruitment status updates.
Requirements:
Male candidate,
28+ years old

2-5 years of proven experience as an HR Executive or HR Assistant in the UAE.
Strong understanding of UAE Labor Law and HR best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and HRMS systems.
Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
Strong documentation and record-keeping skills.
Presentable and professional personality.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
