Job Title: Human Resources Executive

Overview

The Human Resources Executive supports the company by managing recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, HR administration, and compliance. This role ensures smooth operations, proper documentation, and alignment with UAE labour laws. The position requires a proactive, organised individual who can maintain confidentiality and uphold company standards.

Key Responsibilities

1. Recruitment and Talent Acquisition

Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for various real estate and administrative roles. Coordinate interviews with department heads. Manage job postings, recruitment portals, and internal referrals.

2. Onboarding and Offboarding

Prepare offer letters, contracts, and orientation schedules. Coordinate visa processing with PRO. Collect and verify employee documents as per MOHRE and company standards. Manage clearance procedures, exit interviews, and final settlement coordination.

3. HR Administration

Maintain accurate employee files in both digital and physical formats. Update internal HR databases and trackers. Prepare HR letters including salary certificates, experience certificates, NOCs, and warnings. Oversee attendance, leave records, and monthly HR reports.

4. Employee Relations

Support agents and staff with HR related concerns. Assist in organising company engagements, training sessions, and compliance briefings.

5. Performance and Training Support

Assist managers with performance review schedules. Maintain training logs and coordinate skill development sessions.

Requirements

Female candidates preferred. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field. Previous experience in HR within UAE is an advantage. Strong knowledge of MOHRE processes and UAE Labour Law is preferred. Proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace. Excellent communication and organisational skills. Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism. Positive attitude, problem solving mindset, and ability to work under pressure.
