to support the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources department within a project management consultancy environment. The role involves handling recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and HR administration in compliance with UAE Labour Law.
Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview coordination.
Support onboarding and induction programs for new employees.
Prepare employment contracts, offer letters, and other HR documents in compliance with UAE Labour Law.
Handle visa processing, renewals, cancellations, and coordination with PRO and government authorities.
Track attendance, leave, and timesheets for both office and site staff.
Coordinate performance appraisal processes and maintain performance documentation.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Solid understanding of UAE Labour Law and HR best practices.
Minimum 3-5 years of HR experience, preferably from
construction background.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
CIPD or similar HR certification is an advantage.
