Role Overview



We are seeking a dynamic and professional

HR Executive

who can efficiently manage human resources functions while also performing front office and receptionist duties. The ideal candidate will handle payroll, overtime tracking, staff and labor issues, scheduling, and basic HR documentation. The candidate must be fluent in

Hindi and English

, with strong communication and administrative skills.

Key ResponsibilitiesHuman Resources & Payroll



Manage and process

employee salaries, overtime, leave balances, deductions, and allowances

. Maintain and update

employee files, visa renewals, contracts, and HR records

. Assist in

recruitment

, onboarding, and exit formalities of staff and labor workforce. Monitor attendance and prepare

monthly payroll reports

in coordination with accounts and management. Prepare

employment letters, NOCs, warning letters, memos, and other HR documentation

. Handle

labor-related grievances

and provide guidance on company policies while maintaining confidentiality. Coordinate with PRO for

visa processing, medicals, Emirates ID, and renewals

.

Staff Management



Maintain updated

labor and staff lists

, deployment schedules, and workforce tracking. Resolve

disciplinary issues

, document incidents, and escalate when required. Organize

safety trainings, toolbox talks, and HR compliance sessions

. Monitor staff accommodation and welfare requirements.

Scheduling & Coordination



Prepare and manage

Duty Rosters, Shift Schedules, Leave Schedules

, and manpower planning. Coordinate transport for labor and maintain worksite attendance lists. Assist project managers in manpower allocation when requested.

Reception & Administrative Duties



Greet visitors and handle incoming calls professionally. Maintain

front office reception

, manage emails, courier arrangements, and official correspondence. Track meeting appointments, maintain office registers, and support administrative paperwork. Handle basic

office management tasks

such as stationery, supplies, and visitor logs.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
