The HR Executive will be responsible for managing key HR operations including payroll processing, end-of-service (EOS) settlements, and maintaining employee records. The role ensures timely and accurate salary processing, compliance with labor laws, and smooth handling of employee separation formalities.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the complete
payroll process
--including attendance verification, overtime calculation, and salary disbursement.
Handle
End of Service (EOS)
calculations, gratuity, final settlements, and exit formalities in compliance with UAE Labor Law.
Maintain and update employee master data in HR systems.
Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory regulations.
Prepare monthly HR reports such as payroll summaries, leave balances, and EOS status.
Coordinate with Finance for salary transfers and related reconciliations.
Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of all employee information.
Assist in HR operations such as recruitment, onboarding, and documentation as required.
Support audits and provide HR-related data when needed.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
2-4 years of experience in HR operations, preferably within the UAE.
Strong knowledge of
UAE Labor Law

payroll procedures
, and
EOS settlement calculations
.
Proficient in MS Excel and HR software (ERP experience is an advantage).
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
High attention to detail and confidentiality.
