Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day HR operations and support management in implementing HR strategies.
Handle employee grievances and provide effective resolution in line with UAE labor regulations.
Foster a positive and engaging work environment through employee engagement initiatives.
Maintain and update employee records, attendance, and leave management.
Support recruitment, onboarding, and orientation processes.
Ensure compliance with UAE labor law and internal company policies.
Coordinate with various departments to support HR and administrative requirements.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum
1 year of UAE experience
in an HR role (preferably in the education sector).
Strong knowledge of UAE Labor Law
and HR procedures.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Proficiency in MS Office and HR systems.
Salary & Benefits:
Salary:
Up to AED 5,000 per month
(depending on experience)
