Hiring: HR Executive

Maylaa International Trading LLC - Dubai, UAE

Maylaa International Trading LLC, a leading group engaged in luxury trading, retail, and manufacturing, is looking for a skilled and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our team in Dubai.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, and employee documentation. Oversee payroll processing, attendance, and leave management with accuracy and confidentiality. Ensure strict compliance with UAE Labour Law in all HR activities and company policies. Maintain updated and organized employee records and HR databases. Support the implementation of KPI and performance management systems. Prepare HR reports and analytics for management review. Assist in employee engagement, performance reviews, and disciplinary procedures. Coordinate with internal departments for HR-related requirements and approvals.
Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of HR experience in the UAE (mandatory). In-depth knowledge of UAE Labour Law - priority requirement. Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel (advanced level preferred). Familiarity with HR or payroll software; experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 is a strong advantage. Understanding of KPI-based performance evaluation systems. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
