We are seeking an HR Executive to join the HR Team of GMC Healthcare LLC . This role will primarily drive recruitment and talent acquisition initiatives while also supporting general HR functions. The position requires a professional who provides Human Resources / administrative support and ensures that the functioning of HR department is in place according to established policies and procedures.
Responsibilities -
Lead the full-cycle recruitment process, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management.
Partner with hiring managers to identify workforce needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
Actively source candidates via multiple channels (job portals, LinkedIn, networking, headhunters).
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline to support current and future hiring needs.
Monitor recruitment KPIs, prepare reports, and recommend improvements to enhance hiring quality and efficiency.
Ensure recruitment activities comply with local labor laws and company policies.
Support onboarding and orientation processes for new hires to ensure smooth integration.
To coordinate with the PRO for timely processing of staff visa/labour/DHA etc
To maintain management guidelines by preparing / updating HR policies.
To coordinate with Health insurance / Malpractice insurance brokers during renewal and for addition / deletion of the staff from the coverage list.
To ensure that staff separation formalities are completed and summary of leave balance (EOSB) is forward to finance department.
To forward probationary evaluation / yearly evaluation of the employees to the respective department heads to completion and maintain the records in HR file.

Payroll processing
Provide assistance with general HR administration tasks when required.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
At least 2 years of experience in
talent acquisition
, in GCC - Healthcare industry.
Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques and candidate evaluation methods.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to balance recruitment priorities with general HR tasks.
High sense of professionalism, confidentiality, and stakeholder management.
Fluent in English
