Key Responsibilities:
Handle day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and documentation.
Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with company policies.
Assist in payroll processing, attendance, and leave management.
Support management in performance evaluation and employee engagement activities.
Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and company regulations.
Manage employee grievances and disciplinary actions when required.

Language:
