Responsibilities:
Handle employee grievances, investigations, and disciplinary matters.
Ensure compliance with UAE Labor Law and company policies.
Plan and execute employee engagement and wellness programs.
Support initiatives to enhance morale, satisfaction, and retention.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.
3-5 years' experience in employee relations and engagement.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Good knowledge of UAE Labor Law.
