. The ideal candidate will ensure a positive work culture, manage employee relations fairly, and promote open communication across the organization.Responsibilities:
Handle employee grievances, investigations, and disciplinary matters. Ensure compliance with UAE Labor Law and company policies. Plan and execute employee engagement and wellness programs. Support initiatives to enhance morale, satisfaction, and retention.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in HR or related field. 3-5 years' experience in employee relations and engagement. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Good knowledge of UAE Labor Law.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
