Lead end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes
Develop and implement HR policies in line with UAE labour regulations
Handle employee relations, grievances, and conflict resolution
Maintain HR documentation, attendance, and payroll coordination
Conduct training, appraisals, and staff development initiatives
Collaborate with department heads for manpower planning
Support licensing, visa processing and staff credentialing (DHA)
Requirements
Strong knowledge of UAE labour laws and HR compliance
Experience in using HR and admin-related software systems
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Experience in the healthcare industry is an advantage
Proficiency in English (Arabic is a plus)
