Purpose of the Role
We are looking for a people-focused and organized HR Executive to lead ABIYA's human capital development -- ensuring the right people are recruited, engaged, and supported to perform at their best.
The role covers the full HR lifecycle -- from recruitment and onboarding to performance, training, and engagement -- supporting a culture of growth, accountability, and collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment & Onboarding
Manage end-to-end recruitment for all departments (factory, site, engineering, admin).
Create clear job descriptions, screen candidates, and coordinate interviews.
Ensure a smooth onboarding process -- documentation, induction, and orientation.
Maintain an updated manpower plan aligned with project requirements.
2. Employee Records & Performance
Maintain accurate HR files, contracts, and renewals.
Track probation evaluations, appraisals, and performance improvement plans.
Support department heads in setting KPIs and reviewing performance.
Prepare monthly HR dashboards (headcount, attrition, new hires, etc.).
3. Training & Development
Identify skill gaps in coordination with department heads.
Organize internal and external training sessions (technical and soft skills).
Track attendance and evaluate training effectiveness.
4. Employee Engagement & Welfare
Drive positive culture across factory, site, and office.
Plan employee recognition programs, events, and internal communications.
Conduct periodic employee feedback surveys and implement improvements.
Handle employee grievances with fairness and confidentiality.
5. HR Compliance & Administration
Ensure HR policies comply with UAE Labour Law and company standards.
Manage leave records, attendance systems, and disciplinary procedures.
Support visa processing, insurance, and related HR admin functions.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
