HR Executive

. The ideal candidate will manage HR operations, support recruitment, and ensure a positive work environment that aligns with company goals and UAE labor regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including job postings, candidate screening, and interview coordination. Oversee onboarding, orientation, and induction of new employees. Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases. Assist in payroll preparation by collecting attendance, leave records, and other relevant data. Support training and development initiatives, including scheduling and tracking employee progress. Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary procedures. Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and company policies. Prepare HR reports, letters, and internal communications. Participate in HR projects and contribute to continuous process improvements.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. 2-4 years of HR experience, preferably in logistics or corporate environments. Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR best practices. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Proficiency in MS Office and HR software systems. Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain confidentiality.
