We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Executive
who can join immediately
to manage a
wide range of HR and administrative functions
within our growing organization. The ideal candidate will have strong
knowledge of UAE labour laws, HR best practices, and a proven ability to foster an engaging and collaborative work environment
.
Key Responsibilities:
Human Resources:
Manage the full employee lifecycle including onboarding, induction, documentation, and exit formalities.
Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with UAE labour regulations.
Support recruitment efforts including job postings, screening, and interview coordination.
Oversee attendance, leave management, and employee records in HR systems.
Assist in drafting HR policies, memos, and other internal communications.
Handle employee relations matters with professionalism and confidentiality.
Employee Engagement & Culture:
Plan and organize company events, team-building activities, and employee recognition programs.
Implement initiatives that promote a positive and motivating workplace culture.
Collaborate with management to enhance employee satisfaction and retention.
Administrative Support:
Oversee office administration needs such as vendor coordination, stationery, and facilities management.
Support HR and management with reports, correspondence, and documentation.
Coordinate with PRO for visa processing and renewals.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 3 years of UAE experience in HR and office administration.
Strong knowledge of UAE labour laws and HR processes.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
High attention to detail and organizational skills.
Proficient in MS Office and HR software systems.
Ability to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
