Minimum 2 years of HR experience in the UAE
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
CHRM / CHRP certification is an added advantage
Experience in the healthcare industry preferred
Strong knowledge of UAE Labor Law and DHA regulations
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion

Duties and Responsibilities
Coordinate with the PRO for renewal of employee visas, company trade licenses, immigration, and other government-related renewals
Ensure timely renewal of staff health insurance and maintain accurate records
Oversee DHA licensing and compliance management for healthcare professionals
Handle payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and timely disbursement
Manage the full recruitment cycle including talent acquisition, onboarding, and documentation
Maintain and update the employee database and personnel records
Monitor and hire Emirati talent, complete pension registration, and ensure compliance before deadlines
Coordinate with management for staff performance management, compensation, and benefits administration
Prepare and issue NOCs, employment letters, salary certificates, and other HR-related documents as required
Plan and implement employee engagement and welfare initiatives
Support training and development activities for staff skill enhancement
Ensure labor law compliance and assist during internal or external audits
Address employee grievances and provide HR support in a timely manner
Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR policies, processes, and systems
