Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic
HR Executive
to join our team in Dubai. This role will primarily focus onfast-paced recruitment (80%)
of sales agents, along withHR operations support (20%)
.Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment for sales roles, ensuring quick turnarounds. Source top talent using UAE-based recruitment platforms (e.g., Dubizzle, Bayt, Naukrigulf, LinkedIn). Screen, interview, and shortlist candidates effectively. Maintain and update recruitment trackers and reports. Support in onboarding, documentation, and visa processing. Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and regulations. Handle employee records and assist in daily HR operations as needed.
Requirements:
Proven experience in
recruitment
, preferably in high-volume sales hiring. Strong knowledge ofUAE labor laws
, visa processes, and recruitment channels. Hands-on experience with sourcing tools and job portals. Ability to work in afast-paced
environment and meet tight deadlines. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Currently based inDubai
or willing to relocateJob Type: Full-time
Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
