The Role

As our HR Executive, you will play a key role in managing day-to-day HR operations and supporting the company's strategic HR initiatives. From recruitment and onboarding to employee engagement and compliance, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth HR processes that align with business goals and foster employee satisfaction.

Responsibilities

:

Recruitment & Staffing: Manage end-to-end recruitment, including job postings, screening, interviews, and onboarding. Employee Relations: Serve as the first point of contact for employees, addressing queries and ensuring a supportive work environment. o
HR Administration: Maintain accurate employee records, process documentation, and update HR databases. o

Payroll & Benefits: Assist in payroll preparation and administer employee benefits programs. o

Compliance: Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws, policies, and procedures. o

Performance Management: Support in appraisals, employee feedback processes, and training initiatives. o

Engagement: Organize employee engagement activities and contribute to building a strong organizational culture.

Who You Are

You are an organized and approachable professional with a passion for people management. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and have strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

:

Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 2-4 years of proven HR experience, preferably within the UAE. Knowledge of UAE labour laws and HR best practices. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in MS Office and HR software (HRMS systems knowledge is a plus). Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
