HR Executive

to join our team in

and play a key role in managing human resources functions, fostering employee engagement, and supporting overall business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees. Assist in developing and implementing HR policies, procedures, and best practices. Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and regulations. Support performance management processes, including goal setting, appraisals, and employee development. Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary procedures in a professional manner. Coordinate staff training, workshops, and career development programs. Process payroll and manage employee benefits and leave records. Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and workforce planning.

? Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Proven experience as an HR Executive, HR Officer, or in a similar role. Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR best practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in MS Office and HR software/tools. Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities. Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
