We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented
HR Executive
to join our team at JR Interiors. The ideal candidate will support the HR department in managing day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth HR processes, and contributing to a positive employee experience.
Key Responsibilities
Handle
end-to-end recruitment
: job postings, shortlisting, interviews, and onboarding.
Maintain and update
employee records
(attendance, leaves, personal files, HRMS).
Assist in
payroll preparation
, ensuring accuracy of attendance and overtime records.
Support in the
implementation of HR policies
and ensure compliance with UAE labor laws.
Coordinate
visa processing, renewals, and cancellations
with PRO/admin.
Manage
employee engagement activities
and contribute to building a positive work culture.
Handle
performance management processes
, including appraisals and probation reviews.
Prepare HR-related reports (turnover, recruitment status, leave balances, etc.).
Serve as the first point of contact for employee queries and HR-related issues.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
2-4 years of experience as HR Executive/HR Assistant in UAE (preferably interiors, construction, or related industry).
Solid understanding of
UAE labor law
and HR best practices.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of HRMS/ERP systems is an advantage.
Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.
