The HR Executive is responsible for supporting the Human Resources department in implementing HR strategies, policies, and procedures. This role ensures smooth HR operations, employee engagement, and compliance with labor laws, while acting as a bridge between management and employees.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in recruitment processes including job postings, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.
Maintain and update employee records (attendance, payroll data, contracts, leave management, etc.).
Support performance management activities (KPI tracking, appraisal process, feedback sessions).
Administer employee benefits, payroll coordination, and statutory compliance.
Draft and update HR policies, procedures, and employee handbook.
Handle employee queries, grievances, and disciplinary actions in line with company policies.
Organize training and development programs to support staff growth.
Coordinate employee engagement initiatives, events, and welfare activities.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations in the company's jurisdiction.
Prepare HR reports and analytics for management decision-making.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
3 -4 years of experience in HR or administrative functions (experience in [industry] is a plus).
Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS systems.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
