Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and exit procedures.
Handle visa processing, renewals, cancellations, and coordination with government authorities.
Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with UAE Labor Law and company policies.
Support payroll preparation by providing relevant employee information such as absences, overtime, and leaves.
Assist in performance management processes and training initiatives.
Act as the first point of contact for HR-related queries from employees and management.
Prepare HR-related reports and documentation for management review.
Support compliance with health, safety, and labor regulations in line with company and statutory requirements.
Requirements:
Minimum
3 years of HR experience in Dubai
.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Strong knowledge of
UAE Labor Law
and HR best practices.
Hands-on experience in
visa processing and PRO coordination
.
Prior experience in the
building construction industry
will be highly preferred.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and HR software systems.
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
