Responsible for an overall quality system in an HR department
Understanding and executing staffing requisition, requirements, and issues from all departments
End to End employment engagement (Onboarding to offboarding).
Drafting and updating documents such as job descriptions, employee handbooks, performance appraisals, forms, SOP, policies, and other HR-related documents.
Issuing Letter of Offer/Intent/Employment to the selected candidates
Performing the visa applications and renewal of visas of the employees
Medical insurance application and deletion
Maintaining employee leaves, medical, and attendance records. Keeping track of employees' attendance and absenteeism and reporting it to the Human Resources Manager
Preparing and forwarding emails to all the employees
Attending and understanding employee's grievances in their work engagement level and implementing corrective measures for them
Planning of company events or activities on occasions by management's approval
Promoting a positive and open work environment where employees feel comfortable speaking up about issues
Displaying enough knowledge about the UAE'S overall pertinent labor laws.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
