Position Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive HR Executive to join our team. The HR Executive will be responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations, ensuring compliance with company policies, and supporting the organization's talent management, recruitment, and employee engagement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Handle the end-to-end recruitment process: posting jobs, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and onboarding new hires.
Maintain employee records (attendance, personal files, payroll data, etc.) in compliance with company and legal requirements.
Assist in payroll preparation and ensure timely salary disbursement.
Support training and development initiatives for employees.
Manage employee relations, handle grievances, and promote a positive workplace culture.
Ensure HR policies and procedures are effectively communicated and implemented.
Prepare HR reports and assist in audits as required.
Support performance appraisal processes and employee engagement programs.

Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
1-3 years of HR experience (executive or coordinator role).
Strong knowledge of UAE Labor Law (or applicable local labor regulations).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
