, who will play a key role in managing our human resources operations and supporting employee development.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, shortlisting, interviews, and onboarding. Maintain employee records, contracts, and HR databases in compliance with company policies and UAE labor laws. Support performance management, appraisals, and employee engagement initiatives. Handle payroll processing, leave management, and benefits administration. Address employee queries, grievances, and ensure a positive work environment. Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and training programs. Assist management in workforce planning and organizational development.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Proven experience as an HR Executive or in a similar HR role, preferably in the UAE. Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR best practices. Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in MS Office and HR software tools. Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
