Develop, implement, and ensure adherence to HR policies and procedures.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including CV screening, interview coordination, and background verification.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, HR databases, and personnel files.
Administer employee benefits, compensation, attendance, and leave management.
Facilitate performance appraisal processes and deliver structured feedback to employees.
Address employee relations concerns and support conflict resolution.
Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and company policies.
Prepare and present regular HR reports and analytics to senior management.
Administration:
Oversee daily office operations and ensure smooth administrative functioning.
Handle all employee documentation, visa processing, labor contracts, and coordination with PRO services.
Support procurement activities and monitor office and project inventory levels.
Coordinate travel arrangements, accommodations, and logistics for staff.
Assist with client communication and follow-ups to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in HR and administrative roles.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
Excellent organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
