. This role is vital in supporting our growing organization by managing HR operations, employee relations, and talent development, ensuring a productive and professional work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process including job postings, screening, interviews, and onboarding Maintain employee records, contracts, and HR documentation in compliance with UAE labor laws Administer payroll, leave records, and employee benefits Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance Support employee engagement initiatives and internal communication Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary actions in a professional manner Ensure timely completion of performance reviews and assist in career development planning Liaise with department heads to forecast hiring needs and workforce planning Stay updated on HR best practices, legal requirements, and market trends

? Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field 2-4 years of proven experience as an HR Executive or similar role Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR practices Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Proficient in MS Office and HR software systems High level of confidentiality, organizational skills, and attention to detail
