, and the ability to handle generalist functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, payroll coordination, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end HR operations for site and office staff
Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law, visa and MOL processes
Handle employee onboarding, documentation, and offboarding
Support blue-collar hiring and manpower planning
Maintain HR records, attendance, and leave management
Address employee grievances and support disciplinary procedures
Liaise with PROs, accommodation providers, and insurance vendors
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in HR or related field
5 years of experience in HR generalist role, preferably in the UAE
Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law and blue-collar HR practices
Proficient in MS Office and HR systems
Fluent in communication
