Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes
Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
Draft and implement HR policies and procedures
Stay up to date with UAE government regulations and procedures related to visas, licenses, and labor laws
Manage all visa and immigration processes for employees, including new hires, renewals, and cancellations (MOHRE, ICP,... etc)
Proactively identify and resolve issues related to visas or government documentation
Prepare and submit accurate and complete documentation for all government applications
Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary actions in accordance with company policy
Coordinate visa processing, medical testing, and other legal formalities
Support payroll processing, leave management, and performance appraisal cycles
Ensure full compliance with UAE labor laws and internal HR standards
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field
3-5 years of HR experience in the UAE (construction or industrial sector preferred)
Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR best practices
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in MS Office and HR software
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to AED4,000.00 per month
