Key Responsibilities
Assist with full-cycle recruitment, including job postings, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.
Support employee lifecycle processes: new hire orientation, promotions, offboarding.
Administer benefits, leave programs, and payroll coordination.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, internal policies, and recordkeeping requirements.
Serve as a point of contact for employee questions, concerns, and HR support.
Help coordinate performance reviews, and employee engagement efforts.
Maintain and update employee information in the HRIS system.
Prepare reports, dashboards, and documentation as needed.
