Job Description
Job Title: HR Executive (Real Estate)
Location: Dubai, UAE
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to support the HR department with a focus on recruitment, visa processing, and coordination with the PRO for all employee-related government documentation. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of UAE labor laws and hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes.
Requirements:
- Should have experience with real estate company
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-4 years of relevant HR experience in the UAE.
- Strong knowledge of UAE labor law, visa processes, and PRO activities. o Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
