Key Responsibilities
Identify and target potential clients through market research, networking, and lead generation
Develop and execute client acquisition strategies to grow the customer base
Conduct client meetings, demos, and presentations to showcase value propositions
Build and maintain long-term relationships with HR decision-makers and business leaders
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and service delivery
Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet monthly and quarterly sales targets
Maintain detailed records of sales activities and client interactions using CRM tools
Stay informed on industry trends, competitor offerings, and labor regulations
Qualifications & Skills
Minimum of 1 year of experience in B2B sales, preferably in HR or recruitment services
Proven track record in client acquisition and sales target achievement
Strong understanding of HR functions and business challenges
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Proficiency in CRM systems and sales analytics tools

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
