We are looking to hire a HR Executive based in our Dubai office to manage day to day Human Resources activities.
Job Responsibilities
Source, screen, and shortlist candidates using multiple sourcing platforms.
Monitor recruiting metrics and continuously refine sourcing strategies.
Define and distribute Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for all roles, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
Collaborate with managers to ensure each employee understands their KPIs--what success looks like, how it'll be measured, and performance targets.
Track progress and follow up to confirm managers have held feedback discussions and performance alignment check-ins.
Facilitate structured review meetings between line managers and employees, ensuring clear communication, open dialogue, and documented outcomes.
Document closures and update database with final probationary decisions.
Track attendance & leave ensuring accurate scheduling, approvals, and adherence to policy.
Maintain compliance: Apply UAE labor law and internal policy for leave entitlements.
Run regular audits to catch patterns (e.g., repeated lateness), informing managers and suggesting corrective action or policy updates.
Foster a respectful, safe and legally compliant workplace, managing conflicts, investigations, and HR policy guidance.
Enable employees to excel by designing and delivering development and L&D programs.
Collaborate with managers across functions to identify training needs
Design and manage training programs
Measure training outcomes via assessments and employee feedback.
Maintain a calendar of regular sessions, updating content as needed.
Develop engagement initiatives
Design and lead recognition and reward programs to bolster morale.
Continuously assess impact and iterate on programs.
Conduct quarterly audits on all areas of responsibility to ensure processes are followed and gaps are addressed if there are any.
Other Requirements
5+ years of experience into HR or a similar role
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a relevant field
Advanced knowledge of best HR practices
Good knowledge of MS Office (excel, power point, word,etc.)
Excellent organizational, time management, and Interpersonal skills
Should be proficient in English (spoken & written)
