Coordinate end-to-end recruitment activities for staff and site-based roles.
Prepare job postings, screen CVs, schedule interviews, and conduct initial HR interviews.
Maintain a database of manpower requirements per project.
Liaise with manpower suppliers and recruitment agencies when needed.
Conduct employee onboarding and orientation programs.
Ensure timely preparation of offer letters, contracts, and ID cards.
Maintain onboarding documentation and personnel files.
Act as a point of contact for employee concerns and grievances.
Maintain accurate HR records and databases (attendance, leave, disciplinary actions, etc.).
Prepare HR reports as required by management.
Coordinate with PRO for visa processing, renewals, and cancellations.
Support in salary computation and submission to Finance.
Maintain confidentiality of employee records and sensitive information.
Support audit and compliance requirements.
