Job Description

Job Summary:
My Client is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to support and manage core HR functions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for recruitment, employee engagement, policy implementation, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and company standards.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment: job postings, screening, interviews, and onboarding.
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
  • Support payroll processing, benefits administration, and leave management.
  • Assist in developing and enforcing HR policies and procedures.
  • Handle employee relations, grievances, and conflict resolution.
  • Coordinate training and development programs.
  • Conduct performance appraisals and support employee growth plans.
  • Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and internal regulations.
  • Organize employee engagement activities and wellness initiatives.
  • Prepare HR reports and analytics for management review.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in an HR role, preferably in the UAE.
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and HRIS systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High level of confidentiality, integrity, and professionalism.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
