Key Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day HR operations and employee lifecycle processes
Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and induction of new hires
Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
Support performance management processes
Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and company policies
Manage employee relations and address grievances professionally
Coordinate training and development activities
Prepare HR reports and documentation as needed
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
3-5 years of HR experience, preferably in the UAE
Solid understanding of UAE labor laws and HR best practices
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in MS Office and EHRMS Platforms
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
Candidates should be proficient in Written and Spoken English and Tamil and should be well conversant in Hindi.
