8 to 10 years of progressive experience in HR and Administration
, with solid exposure to
UAE labor laws and compliance
. This role requires a proactive professional capable of managing end-to-end HR operations, employee relations, recruitment, payroll, and administrative support.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the full HR lifecycle including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and offboarding.
Ensure compliance with
UAE labor laws
and company policies.
Handle visa processing, medical insurance, and coordination with PROs for all legal documentation.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR documentation.
Process payroll and manage employee benefits in line with statutory requirements.
Implement and monitor performance management systems and KPIs.
Prepare HR reports, dashboards, and analytics for management review.
Lead internal communications, grievance handling, and conflict resolution.
Oversee general office administration, asset management, and support services.
Coordinate with external vendors and government departments for HR-related activities.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
8 to 10 years of HR and admin experience in the UAE
is a must.
Strong knowledge of
UAE Labor Law
, visa processes, and regulatory compliance.
Experience in handling both strategic and operational HR functions.
Proficiency in HRMS software (e.g., SAP, ERP, Zoho People, or similar).
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
