Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive HR Executive to handle all internal HR administration and logistics. This role will involve supporting the recruitment process, managing training logistics, handling internal HR operations, and ensuring smooth execution of HR-related activities. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented and able to work independently while supporting key HR functions.

Key Responsibilities:



Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:



Manage the full recruitment cycle, including posting job advertisements, screening CVs, conducting initial candidate interviews, and coordinating interview logistics. Facilitate the onboarding process for new employees, including preparation of orientation materials and conducting sessions Collaborate with managers to identify staffing needs and create job descriptions.

Training & Development



Design and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and competencies. Assess training needs and coordinate with management when necessary. Monitor the effectiveness of training initiatives.

HR Compliance & Administration



Handle general HR administrative tasks, including maintaining employee records, managing attendance systems, processing leave requests, and ensuring the accuracy of all HR-related documentation. Oversee payroll processing and benefits administration, ensuring timely and accurate payments Organize and update HR filing systems and ensure compliance with internal policies and UAE labor laws. Manage employee data and track HR metrics such as performance appraisals, training completion, and recruitment progress. Coordinate internal communication regarding HR policies and procedures to ensure staff awareness and compliance.

Employee Engagement & Support:



Assist in employee engagement activities and maintain a positive work culture by helping organize internal events and initiatives. Serve as the point of contact for employees regarding HR-related inquiries and support the team with various HR tasks. Maintain confidentiality and professionally handle sensitive information.

Required Skills & Qualifications:



Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 3-5 years of experience in HR administration, HR support, or a related role. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple HR projects and tasks simultaneously. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work effectively with employees at all levels. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Familiarity with UAE labor laws and HR compliance regulations is a plus. Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive employee data. Fluency in English (written and spoken)
