Position Summary:
The Human Resources Lead will be responsible for providing strategic and operational leadership across all HR functions. This role plays a key part in driving the company's people agenda, fostering a positive and performance-driven culture, ensuring regulatory compliance, and enabling organizational growth through effective talent and people management practices.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and implement HR strategies in alignment with the company's objectives.
Manage end-to-end recruitment and workforce planning to support business growth.
Oversee performance management processes, including goal setting, feedback, and appraisal systems.
Handle compensation, benefits administration, and HR budgeting to ensure alignment with industry standards.
Ensure full compliance with UAE labor laws and internal HR policies; stay up-to-date with regulatory changes.
Advise leadership on organizational structure, talent development, and succession planning.
Foster a culture of inclusion, accountability, and continuous improvement across the organization.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to meet HR operational needs.
Analyze HR metrics and provide actionable insights to senior leadership.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
6-8 years of HR experience, including at least 3 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
Minimum 2 years of HR experience within the UAE.
Strong knowledge of UAE labor regulations and compliance standards.
Proven ability to manage end-to-end HR operations, including policy design, talent management, and employee relations.
Proficient in HRIS platforms and Microsoft Office tools.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
