We are seeking a highly motivated HR professional to join our team and oversee various human resources functions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing employee relations, recruitment, performance management, and compliance with labor laws while fostering a positive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and employee integration.
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
Manage payroll, benefits, and employee welfare programs.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.
Support leadership in organizational development and training initiatives.
Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
Assist in performance reviews and employee development plans.
Lead diversity, inclusion, and engagement initiatives.
Requirements & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Previous HR experience ([specify required years], e.g., 3+ years preferred).
Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in HR software and tools (e.g., Workday, SAP, or similar).
Ability to multitask, manage deadlines, and work effectively in a team.
