Due to fast growth and launching new projects, we are looking for a

Recruiter

to join our team.

What you will be doing:

Manage end-to-end recruitment process for roles in the Project Department and more. Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and candidate profiles. Source and attract candidates using databases, social media, job boards, and networking. Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidates' technical and cultural fit. Coordinate interview schedules and gather feedback from hiring teams. Draft and post job ads tailored to specific roles. Maintain a talent pipeline for critical and high-turnover positions. Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Maintain recruitment data and reports for internal review.

What we are expecting from you:

Proven experience as a Recruiter, ideally within the construction, real estate development, or design sectors. Experience recruiting for technical/project-based roles such as architects, designers, and engineers. Fluent in English. Must be available in UAE. Excellent communication & negotiation skills.
