HR Executive

. This role is crucial for supporting our HR operations and fostering a positive workplace culture.Key Responsibilities:
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding. Maintain and update employee records and HR databases. Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures. Coordinate training sessions, workshops, and employee engagement activities. Handle employee relations, address grievances, and provide support where necessary. Prepare HR reports related to staff performance, attendance, and turnover. Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies. Support payroll preparation by providing relevant employee information.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 2+ years of experience in an HR role, preferably within the IT sector. Strong understanding of HR practices, UAE labor law, and compliance requirements. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Proficiency in MS Office and HR management systems. Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
