We are looking for a dedicated and experienced HR Executive to join our team in Dubai. This hybrid role will involve managing key HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and ensuring compliance with UAE labor laws. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of HR best practices and contribute to fostering a positive and productive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from posting job ads to conducting interviews and making offers.
Maintain and update employee records in the HR database.
Assist with employee onboarding, training, and development programs.
Support the performance management process by assisting with appraisals, feedback, and goal setting.
Handle employee relations, including conflict resolution, and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance and leave policies, in compliance with UAE labor laws.
Stay updated on HR legislation and compliance requirements within the UAE.
Organize employee engagement activities, events, and wellness programs.
Provide administrative support to the HR department as needed.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in an HR role, ideally in the UAE.
Strong understanding of UAE labor laws and HR practices.
Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to work in a hybrid model (mix of remote and on-site).

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
