Job Description

Key Responsibilities



Implementing and managing HR policies and procedures Managing recruitment processes, including resume screening, scheduling interviews, and conducting background checks Maintaining employee records and updating HR databases Managing employee benefits and compensation packages Conducting performance evaluations and providing feedback to employees Addressing employee relations issues and resolving conflicts Ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations Preparing and presenting HR-related reports to management Managing employee separation processes Coordinate with PRO for visa, QID, and other government-related HR processes. Process end-of-service benefits, gratuity, and final settlements. Manage monthly payroll preparation and processing in coordination with Finance. Verify attendance, overtime, deductions, and allowances before finalizing payroll.

Requirements



Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Excellent organizational and communication skills. Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities. Must be able to

join immediately

. Fluent in Arabic and English.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: QAR6,000.00 - QAR8,000.00 per month
