Key Responsibilities
Oversee end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and offboarding.
Ensure compliance with Qatar labor laws, healthcare licensing requirements, and organizational policies.
Manage employee files, leave records, payroll coordination, and HR documentation.
Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices tailored for a healthcare environment.
Support performance management, employee engagement, and professional development initiatives.
Coordinate with government authorities, QCHP, and other regulatory bodies as required.
Serve as the point of contact for staff queries, grievances, and HR-related matters.
Provide HR reports and updates directly to the Medical Director.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven HR experience in a healthcare organization.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities.
