Assist in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates.
Schedule and coordinate interviews.
Facilitate employee onboarding, documentation, and induction process.
Employee Relations:
Act as a point of contact for employee queries related to HR policies and procedures.
Support in resolving workplace issues and maintaining employee engagement.
HR Operations & Administration:
Maintain and update employee records, HRMS, and files.
Prepare letters such as offer letters, employment contracts, NOCs, and warning letters.
Track and manage attendance, leaves, and punctuality.
Legal & Compliance:
Ensure compliance with Qatar Labour Law and company policies.
Coordinate with PRO for visa processing, QID renewals, and other government-related tasks.
Payroll Support:
Assist in collecting monthly inputs for payroll such as attendance, leaves, and deductions.
Coordinate with Finance/Payroll department for timely salary processing.
Performance Management:
Support HR team in monitoring employee performance and documentation of evaluations.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 1 years of HR experience in Qatar or GCC preferred.
Good knowledge of Qatar Labour Law and HR best practices.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
English & Arabic Speaker.
Local Hiring with Valid QID & NOC to work outside from Current Sponsor.
Knowledge of HR Documentation & Business Communication Skills
