Time management for factory staff and passing records to accounts for overtime payments.
Maintaining leave records of all factory staff.
Implementation of sick leave procedures, maintaining complete records of all leaves of every employee.
Comparing the benefits and plans of available insurances prior getting approval.
Implementation of light duty and proper tracking and record keeping of light duty records.
Scheduling annual leave for staff as per production requirements and in co-ordination with Production Manager, get approval from GM/OP.
Preparation of leave settlements.
Preparation of final settlements.
Issuing security staff schedules monthly.
Day to day driver task allocation and tracking of the same.
Creation and maintenance of a leave tracker for all staff.
Processing and allocation of staff accommodation as approved by OP & GM.
Medical Check-up arranged as required for all staff.
Monthly verification on visa and passport expiration for factory staff and assistance on renewal of these documents.
Monthly visa renewal list co-ordination with PRO to ensure all labor cards, visas, ID cards, municipality health cards and issued/renewed on time to avoid any fines etc.
Ensuring implementation of company policy and procedure in line with the UAE Labor Law.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,500.00 per month
