Job Description
The role is based in Ajman for an Engineering / Manufacturing organization. Strong preference for Female HR Generalist. Someone who has about 6+ years experience in managing end to end HR operations and employee lifecycle management. Core Responsibilities :
- Managing HR Operations
- Assisting in onboarding and inductions
- Leave & Attendance Management
- Payroll Management inclduing wps
- Handling separations and final settlements
- Employee Services & Engagement
- Visa Management and coordination with PROs
- Assisting in Appraisals & reviews
- Other office management tasks
