Job Responsibilities:
\xe2\x80\x93 Enhances the organization\xe2\x80\x99s human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs, and practices.
\xe2\x80\x93 Significant interaction and visibility across all levels of the organization. Develop and maintain organizational hierarchy in coordination with line manager.
\xe2\x80\x93 Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with Organizational objectives. Enforces management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures.
\xe2\x80\x93 Maintains the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions.
\xe2\x80\x93 Recruitment & sourcing new candidates as per the need and direction from the line manager.
\xe2\x80\x93 Supports organization by establishing a recruiting, testing, and interviewing program; counseling managers on candidate selection; conducting and analyzing exit interviews; and recommending changes.
\xe2\x80\x93 Prepares employees for assignments by establishing and conducting orientation and training programs.
\xe2\x80\x93 Ensures planning, monitoring, and appraisal of employee; hearing and resolving employee grievances; and counseling employees and supervisors.
\xe2\x80\x93 Implement employee benefits programs and informs employees of benefits by studying and assessing benefit needs and trends.
\xe2\x80\x93 Ensures legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable human resource federal and state requirements, conducting investigations, maintaining records, and representing the organization along with PRO at hearings.
\xe2\x80\x93 Retains historical human resource records by designing a filing and retrieval system and keeping past and current records.
\xe2\x80\x93 Payroll process in coordination with Accounts.
\xe2\x80\x93 Update the attendance system. Prepare the attendance on monthly basis.
\xe2\x80\x93 Handling medical insurance; renewal, addition, cancellation and claims.
\xe2\x80\x93 Leave Management and employee advances.
\xe2\x80\x93 Prepare all the related documents required for the process \xe2\x80\x93 New/ renewal /cancellation of Visa & Emirates ID.
\xe2\x80\x93 Generate warning letters, termination letters, experience certificates, salary certificate, salary transfer letter, NOC request etc.
\xe2\x80\x93 Preparing Memo\xe2\x80\x99s or notice on public holidays or any special announcement.
\xe2\x80\x93 Monitoring the health certificate and all other certificates issued to employees by govt. or private entities; renewal for drivers and helpers and informing PRO about the same
\xe2\x80\x93 Work closely with key stakeholders
\xe2\x80\x93 Overall monitoring of HR coordinator working and regular Audits of the same to be performed.
\xe2\x80\x93 Monitoring stocks of employee uniforms (purchase request and issuance to employee).
\xe2\x80\x93 Monitoring tenancy contract renewal for staff accommodation and maintain the employee register.
\xe2\x80\x93 Managing the employee corporate sim cards.
\xe2\x80\x93 To maintain the employee passport master file and keep track of all original passports.
\xe2\x80\x93 Maintain file for health certificate and all other certificates issued to employees by govt. or private entities.
\xe2\x80\x93 Renewal formalities of all employees.
\xe2\x80\x93 Coordination with relevant department for the setup of workstation, email account etc.
\xe2\x80\x93 Provide employee forms and contact details on the very first day of new joined employee.
\xe2\x80\x93 Provide assistance to line manager as and when required.

Job Requirements:
\xe2\x80\x93 5-6 years of experience as an HR Executive preferably within the manufacturing industry.
\xe2\x80\x93 Excellent experience in: Pay Processing, leave management, on board and exit formalities, keeping of HR data, employee engagement & training programs, attendance system and out of office record of all office employees that includes sales, accounts, admin and HR, operations, recruitment, etc.
\xe2\x80\x93 Should have dealt with blue collar workers.
