As a

Human Resources Executive

, you infuse our vibrant HR team with a unique blend of enthusiasm, a solution-driven approach, and a genuine passion for fostering positive employee experiences and organizational growth.

Supports the smooth running of the Human Resources Department, where all areas of responsibility are managed and delivered to the highest levels. Works as part of a team that maximizes the guest service and the team experience, delivering a positive and responsive approach to enquiries and problem resolution. Takes responsibility for the duties and tasks assigned to the role, ensuring that all work is carried out in a timely and professional manner. Delivers on departmental plans and objectives, where hotel initiatives & targets are achieved. Collaborates with their immediate report, ensuring that costs and inventory are controlled, that productivity and performance levels are attained. Builds and maintains effective working relationships whilst promoting the company culture and values. Ensures adherence and compliance to all legislation where due diligence requirements and best practice activities are planned, delivered, and documented for internal and external audit, performing follow-up as required.

Qualifications

1+ years of relevant experience in a Human Resources Role Pro-active with a hands-on approach Passion for the hospitality industry Ability to manage work ensuring that tasks assigned are delivered Ability to find creative solutions, offering recommendations Personal integrity, with the ability to work in an environment that demands excellence Strong communication and listening skills Good IT skills Ability to work collaboratively at all levels within the department An open and positive personality Ability to handle challenging priorities and assignments
