HR & Admin Officer

Key Responsibilities:
Human Resources:
Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave management systems
Coordinate employee training, safety compliance, and performance reviews
Address employee grievances, conduct investigations, and support disciplinary actions
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
Administrative:
Oversee general office administration and supplies management
Prepare and manage contracts, letters, and official HR documentation
Support project sites with manpower scheduling and coordination
Maintain personnel files, daily reports, and HR databases
Liaise with government departments for permits, labor clearances, etc.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,000.00 per month
